Description

The class 66 locomotive here is a diesel electric heavy haul locomotive used for freight transport. Whilst I have an interested in trains I am not what could be called a fanatic. I just happened to like the look of this particular locomotive as to me it gives a heavy powerful impression of "I'm going that way and no matter what is behind me, it's going too".

The challenge that I have with all my Punchcraft is that I like detail but detail isn't something that is easy to incorporate. There is the possibility of varying the surface levels for some details but this has to be used with care as sometimes the levels are only noticable with touch. The skill is including enough detail to show the essence of the engine.

This item is created to fit in a 12" (30.5cm) circular hoop.
