Orders

Orders are placed by adding items to the shopping basket and once you have selected all the items that you desire following the check-out process. this will send the order to us. Payment is required with your order. Please note that we do not accept orders with a time limit ie where time is of the essence, any order indicating a time limit will be refunded.

Payment

Our payment processor is Paypal. You can pay via Paypal without needing a Paypal account, though if you have one it can be used. At no time do we see nor receive details of your payment, this means that we do not see, receive nor know your credit card details.

Dispatch

All items are individually made, this can take some time dependant upon other orders and events. I try and send out orders as soon as I can though obviously this also depends upon time of day and day of the week. The Post Office isn't open on a Sunday for example.

Orders are only considered to be accepted by me at the point at which I dispatch them.

Cancellation

Before dispatch

You may cancel any order at any point up to dispatch and receive a full refund. Refunds will normally take place within 14 days of cancellation and will be processed via Paypal according to normal Paypal processes.

After dispatch

Starting from when you receive your order you then have 14 days during which you may cancel your order except for items that have been personalised. Earrings also cannot be cancelled for hygiene reasons.

After you cancel your order you must return the goods to me within 14 days, this will be at your own expense and I recommend that you use a tracked or signed for service.

Your original purchase price and standard delivery will normally be refunded within 21 days of either the date I receive the goods or you provide proof of postage. Goods should be returned in the original packaging with either the original invoice or a means to identify your order. Items must be returned in the original condition and I reserve the right to deduct an appropriate fee should this not be the case.

Should you wish to exchange the item for something else, then if the replacement is more expensive you will be responsible for the difference.

Business customers

Business customers or customers exempt from the distance selling regulations may not cancel or return any items which have been made to order.
